Shipping Methods 

Motor Freight, Courier, Air Freight, and Federal Express are all available for shipment of your orders. It is our policy to ship by the most economical carrier. Some items (such as hazardous materials) have certain rules which will determine what carrier can be used. If you specify the shipment method, we will do our best to send it by the carrier you request.

Oversize Freight Items

Limitations per package for both air and ground include weight limitations of weight or size limitations. Orders that exceed these limitations are notified to the client of extra charges. For details on domestic orders, contact our Sales Department or call 64 9 307 3285

Shipping Charges

For your convenience, when selecting your method of shipment, you will be provided with all of the methods of shipment we offer along with the estimated rates for your order. This allows you to compare rates and choose the method which best meets your needs.

Packing List

When you receive your order, inside you will find a Packing List showing the items that have been shipped. Please keep this list for your records. On the back of the Packing List you’ll find instructions on what to do in case there is a problem with your order.

Damaged Shipments

Before you sign for any package, carefully inspect the package and its contents for damage. In the event of a problem, refer to the instructions listed on the back of the packing slip. List any damage on the carrier’s receipt and follow the carrier’s instructions. Report any damage to us by writing or calling the Sales Department immediately. Save the shipping box and packing material! Be sure to have your Packing List with the order number on hand, include this number when you write. Also include details about the damage. Together, we will work out the details on a reshipment of your order.

Hazardous Materials Charges

Certain items require an additional charge per package for shipping by ground or air. You are notified of hazmat charges during the checkout process of your online order.

Hazardous Materials Returns

There are strict rules for shipping HazMat items. If you need to return a HazMat item, please contact our Sales Department by e-mail .

Tracking Your Order

If you need to track your order, we’ll be glad to help. Click on the shipping method that you requested, enter your tracking number from your order confirmation, and you'll know exactly where your order is. If you can't find your shipment, contact our Sales Department by e-mail.

Incorrect Shipments

If there has been an error in your shipment, please e-mail our Customer Service Department. Please package returned items securely. Envco will pay for shipping charges on returned items due to errors on our part.
